The first animals we added to the farm were silkie chickens. Over the past few years we have added many more chickens, of various breeds, as well as turkeys. Having a chicken yard is kind of like having a fish tank... it's fun to watch the dynamic in that little world... and we get delicious eggs! Bonus!
