Let’s teach your dog to exist and ignore rather than engage and react.

OVERVIEW

There is not a one-size fits all group class that is appropriate for every dog, so we have created multiple classes to accommodate the needs of as many dogs & owners as possible!

Behavioral Foundations Class

Formerly known as the “Basic Obedience Course”, we have adjusted some aspects to improve this class.

In this class, you will learn: leash skills, sit, down, recall, and intro to place work.

The first week of the class, each participant will meet one-on-one with Leanne, for a half hour, to learn a few fundamentals. Safe human-to-dog and dog-to-dog interactions are crucial, so this ensures that everyone is on the same page prior to coming together as a group.

This class accommodates a total of 5 participants and is open to everyone.

Held at The Spry Farm, one evening per week for 4 weeks. Details to follow.

Beginner Leash Skills Class

If you don’t fully ENJOY walking your dog, then this class is for you!

Developing good leash skills is a game-changer. When you can communicate effectively to your dog on-leash, then you can reasonably handle just about any situation (not to mention, it makes those daily walks much more enjoyable).

In this class, we learn and practice the concept of “pressure & release” and teach our dogs to walk politely in the heel position.

This class accommodates a total of 4 participants and is open to everyone.

Held at The Spry Farm, this class will run weekly, throughout the summer. Details to follow.

Leash & Social Skills Class

Join a training environment where everyone is on the same page! Real-life, productive, safe, and fun exercises to expand and enhance on your training.

This class accommodates 12 participants and is open to existing clients only (you must have completed a class or private session with me previously).

Held at The Spry Farm, this class will run weekly throughout the summer. Attend once, twice, or every time! Details to follow.
